Motorola KRZR K1m

krzr_razr_comparison.jpgCould the Motorola KRZR K1m, that scaled-down version of the iconic RAZR, be on the verge of release from Verizon? Well, it's showing up on Verizon's testman site, a sign that it may hit the streets sooner than everyone thought, perhaps by mid-October. In fact, sources say it started shipping out of Asia last week. If you're not familiar with the KRZR, take a look at the picture above, comparing the KRZR to the RAZR. The KRZR is narrower and almost as thin. It also has similar specs, with a 1.9-inch inside display at 176x220 pixels, and an outer display at 96x80. It's a dual-band CDMA phone with EV-DO and a 2-megapixel camera, as well as Bluetooth and a microSD memory card slot. Expect it to sell for $199 with a two-year contract.
