The Northern Lights, Streamed Live to Your Phone for Some
There are useful cellphone features, such as high speed Internet access, there are less useful cellphone features, such as games, and then there are downright frivolous features. I'm pretty sure Live!Aurora falls into the third category. Available in Japan, it's a service that streams live video from Alaska of the Northern Lights directly to your phone. It's sure to provide minutes of entertainment, despite the fact that still pictures of the Aurora Borealis are sure to be of better quality. Oh well. Go nuts, Japan.
